This Privacy policy summarizes the data management principle and practice of the owner of the drpellerjazzband.hu website. By sending personal data, the visitor/user declares that those information is true and valid.

3. Information involved by data handling

3.1. During visiting the website

During the visit of our website the visitor starts a browsing session. This session is identified by a randomly generated ID number that is stored in a cookie (see details below) on her/his device (computer, smartphone, tablet PC etc.), while she/he gets a notification about this right at the moment of the first page access. The session or its ID number is unable to identify the visitor personally, hence we cannot talk about personal data handling.

3.2. During message sending

Using the message sending form of our website the visitor become a user and the following information can be handed over:

• Full name (mandatory)
• E-mail address (mandatory)
• Phone number (optional)

The given personal data and the content of the message will be transformed into an e-mail and sent to the Data controller’s mailbox. These data won’t be stored in any other form on the webserver.

Purpose of data handling is to keep in touch with the sender of the message. Deadline of data handling depends on the content of the message: the given data will be deleted until the first contact by sending a reply e-mail or giving a phone call, or not later than the clarification of the question. In case of a new partnership being established, this deadline will be the moment of the cooperation agreement.

Any personal data handled over to the Data controller by using the message sending form can be accessed only by the Data controller and cannot be passed over to any 3^rd party. One exception is the Data controller’s contracted web hosting partner that keeps the website running and is bound by a confidentiality agreement.

To keep safe all the data on the servers, regular backups are being made.

5.3. Regulatory compliance

Data controller handles over information of Data subject to authorities only by legal obligation, if it has the appropriate legal basis.

6. Legal remedy

If Data subject believes that Data controller Dr.Peller Jazzband band does not handle her/his personal data as indicated here or in accordance with the law in force, she/he can enforce her/his rights in the Data Protection Commissioner or civil court, or seek assistance at the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
